Delete your Hey Minnal account

In the app

Open Hey Minnal and go to Settings.
Under Your data, tap Delete my account.
Read what will be deleted, then confirm.

Want a copy first? Tap Export my data on the same screen before deleting.

Without the app

Write to heyminnalai@gmail.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm it's you. We'll delete the account and reply when it's done.

What's deleted

Your account: email, name and Google sign-in.
Your settings, reminders, synced messages, assistant conversations, AI usage and credits.
Connected Google Calendar, Outlook and Teams accounts. We ask Google to cancel Hey Minnal's access; for Microsoft, the stored tokens are deleted, and you can also remove the app at account.microsoft.com → Privacy → Apps and services.
Your own AI keys saved to the account, and the phones registered for notifications.
Everything Hey Minnal stored on your phone, which is wiped when the app signs out.

It happens straight away and can't be undone. Credits you have left are lost.

What's kept

Purchase records (order id, product, country, price and date), without your name or email, because tax and accounting law requires sales records.
Totals of what the AI cost us each day, for everyone together, with nothing that identifies you.

Things to do yourself

Minnal Pro: deleting the account asks Google Play to stop renewing it, but check Google Play → Payments & subscriptions to be sure. Time already paid for isn't refunded.
Google Drive backup: it's in your own Drive, so we can't reach it. To remove it, open Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps → Hey Minnal → Options → Delete hidden app data.
Company accounts: an owner can't delete the account while other people still use the company. Remove them first, or write to us to close the company.
